Introduction: The Company is in search of a trustworthy, motivated, cheerful, and industrious candidate for the role of administrator to join our successful team, provided they meet the minimum requirements of our Psychometric tests.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in telephone etiquette.
  • Comfortable handling and addressing customer complaints.
  • Punctuality and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in creating reports using Excel.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

  • Capability to manage any administrative tasks assigned by Senior Management.
  • Competence in Excel.
  • Execution of daily tasks.
  • Proficiency in stock control.

Package & Remuneration: Remuneration will be market-related.
