Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process orders from the Operations department.
  • Place orders as needed and record them in the system.
  • Generate and process delivery notes.
  • Capture invoices on green sheets.
  • Maintain and file overtime forms.
  • Submit monthly wage records to payroll.
  • Monitor and resolve clocking system discrepancies.
  • Prepare and submit the night-out schedule for approval.
  • Organize and update office filing systems.
  • Capture and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare monthly diesel reports and follow up on outdated slips.
  • Perform diesel card reconciliations.
  • Monitor and manage daily diesel card limits.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Matric / Grade 12.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
