Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Gather data from various input systems and upload/data sheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provide input and recommendations to improve data management and integrity.
- Maintain an organized filing system at all times.
- Prepare and submit accurate schedules and reports as requested by management.
- Foster good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record and maintain minutes for safety meetings.
- Handle the ordering of office supplies and monthly stock.
- Monitor stock orders and assist supervisors with stock usage.
Candidate Profile
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
