Administrator Role
As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the team with various administrative tasks while also providing Personal Assistant support to the Director when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Quoting & Invoicing
- Assist in preparing and issuing accurate client quotations aligned with project scopes.
- Manage the invoicing process, ensuring timely generation and dispatch of invoices.
- Coordinate with the finance team to process transactions and follow up on outstanding payments.
Personal Assistant Duties
- Provide administrative support to the Director, including scheduling, meeting organization, and agenda preparation.
- Arrange travel logistics such as transportation, accommodation, and itineraries for senior management.
- Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, and mail) promptly and professionally.
- Assist with personal tasks while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
Data Capturing
- Accurately record and organize project-related data for easy team access.
- Draft and proofread internal and external communications, including reports and project updates.
Reception Duties
- Welcome guests professionally and assist them as needed.
- Manage the front desk, handling calls and inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions effectively.

- Matric (Compulsory)
Remuneration
R12,000 – R15,000 per month (Dependent on experience)
