Administrative Support – Travel Industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and accounting support, including managing incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence.
  • Compile and coordinate weekly reports, track sales leads, and organize travel documentation.
  • Maintain well-structured physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Prepare various documents, including reports, presentations, and client-facing materials.
  • Perform data entry and support data management tasks.
  • Assist team members with a range of administrative functions as required.
  • Support the preparation of client documentation and travel itineraries.
  • Oversee office supplies and contribute to maintaining a tidy and efficient work environment.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative and accounting support role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Positive mindset with a proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
