Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive administrative and accounting support, including managing incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence.
- Compile and coordinate weekly reports, track sales leads, and organize travel documentation.
- Maintain well-structured physical and electronic filing systems.
- Prepare various documents, including reports, presentations, and client-facing materials.
- Perform data entry and support data management tasks.
- Assist team members with a range of administrative functions as required.
- Support the preparation of client documentation and travel itineraries.
- Oversee office supplies and contribute to maintaining a tidy and efficient work environment.

- Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative and accounting support role.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
