Position: Administrative Clerk
Location: Marble Hall, Limpopo

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative duties and some internal coordination, all within defined parameters.


Minimum Requirements

Education/Training

  • Grade 12 (Matric)

Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role

Key Responsibilities

  • Register insurance claims
  • Generate credit note reports from the system
  • Verify accuracy of company vehicle log sheets
  • Process credit notes related to whole goods warranty claims
  • Capture John Deere stock receipts on the system
  • Maintain and update vendor information in the master data system

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • High level of accuracy
  • Strong discipline and self-management
  • Ability to align with management directives
  • Cooperative attitude and a strong team player
