Job Description

Africomm Media is seeking an experienced Admin Clerk with at least three years of administrative and bookkeeping experience. The role involves data capturing, including recording invoices on Pastel, conducting research as needed, and working with tender documents.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Administration or Bookkeeping (Degree or Diploma).
  • Minimum three years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Pastel for invoice capturing.
  • Experience with tender documents and data capturing.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Punctual and detail-oriented.
  • Computer literate.
