Introduction
The Clicks Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Clicks Direct Medicines division. This role is based at the Regional Office in Lea Glen, Roodepoort, and reports to the Service Centre Supervisor.
Job Description
Job Purpose:
To plan, direct, and coordinate administrative activities and resolve queries for the Clicks Direct Medicines professional call centre daily.
Job Objectives:
- Collate, route, and store all correspondence received and ensure distribution to the relevant department/person.
- Ensure timely resolution of queries raised within CDM and Clicks pharmacies, providing appropriate feedback.
- Monitor and distribute reports to Supervisors daily.
- Monitor relevant dashboards to ensure SLA compliance and timely patient deliveries.
- Liaise with couriers for delivery follow-up.
- Manage the to-follow process.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
- National Senior Certificate (Matric/Grade 12)
Experience:
- One year in a secretarial/administrative position
- Business process experience
