Administration Clerk At Curro

Curro is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Administration Clerk at Northriding College. We’re not just a team; we’re a family, and we’re eager to welcome enthusiastic individuals who are ready to embrace a dynamic and supportive work environment.

What are we seeking in a candidate?

  • Possession of a relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with D365 and Synergy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy.
  • Financial acumen and previous experience.
  • Knowledge of stock control for items such as stationery and furniture.
  • A clear criminal record.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling phone calls, inquiries, and requests.
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors of all seniority levels.
  • Managing incoming emails and performing general administrative tasks.
  • Undertaking certain financial responsibilities.
  • Coordinating with central office, executive heads, secretaries, clients, suppliers, and staff.
  • Demonstrating a personal commitment to education and aligning with the school’s values and ethos.

The successful candidate will commence employment at the earliest opportunity.
