Job Overview:

We are seeking a Regional Admin Support Officer to join our Midstream branch. This role involves overseeing key administrative processes, including licensing, registration, financial transactions, and customer support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling a range of admin tasks while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with Regional F&I Managers to support seamless back-office operations.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Debtors & Administrative Support

  • Follow up on outstanding debtor accounts and drive resolution.
  • Reconcile financial records and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Assist stakeholders with general administrative queries.

2. Licensing & Registration

  • Track and follow up on outstanding licensing and registration documentation.
  • Process and resolve any rejected licensing or registration applications.
  • Manage administrative markers related to licensing and registration.

3. Refunds & Compliance

  • Process refunds related to licensing, registration, deposits, and other items.
  • Support compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to internal policies.

4. Customer & CRM Support

  • Respond to CRM queries regarding refunds, licensing, and registration.
  • Deliver professional, clear communication to both customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or finance-related role
  • Familiarity with financial documentation and customer service processes

Preferred:

  • Background in the automotive, finance, or insurance industry
  • Knowledge of vehicle licensing and registration procedures
