Full Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key performance areas:

  • Overseeing the complete financial and administrative functions for Trade and Build It.
  • Managing the asset register.
  • Preparing annual financial statements and consolidations.
  • Coordinating external audits.
  • Preparing budgets and re-estimates.
  • Internal reporting to management.
  • Handling statutory returns and VAT reconciliations.
  • Providing support to operating accountants and department heads.
  • Performing ad hoc financial tasks as required by management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a tertiary degree in Accounting.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Accpac, Excel).
  • Strong technical accounting skills.
  • A high level of accuracy, drive, energy, and a goal-oriented personality.
