Full Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key performance areas:
- Overseeing the complete financial and administrative functions for Trade and Build It.
- Managing the asset register.
- Preparing annual financial statements and consolidations.
- Coordinating external audits.
- Preparing budgets and re-estimates.
- Internal reporting to management.
- Handling statutory returns and VAT reconciliations.
- Providing support to operating accountants and department heads.
- Performing ad hoc financial tasks as required by management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a tertiary degree in Accounting.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in computer skills (Accpac, Excel).
- Strong technical accounting skills.
- A high level of accuracy, drive, energy, and a goal-oriented personality.
