Purpose of the Job:
The primary goal is to provide fast, efficient, and consistent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent resolution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Customer Advocate, representing customer needs to the rest of the business.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product and system knowledge.
- Handle client inquiries related to existing policies and other questions.
- Assist clients with their queries and resolve any complaints.
- Update client information as necessary.
- Must have experience in a Tele-sales environment.
Experience & Competencies:
- Inbound and outbound call experience is required.
- Strong reading skills, with the ability to follow scripted questions in certain roles.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work shifts.
- Persuasive negotiation skills.
- Intermediate computer proficiency.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to apply customer service principles to all calls.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Ability to quickly learn and retain information.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous call center experience (preferred).
- Exceptional listening skills.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Results-oriented.
- Team player with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
